Cyclorama Guidelines
• No food or drinks inside the cyc.
• No gaffer tape — use paper tape only
• No paint, confetti, glitter, dry color, oil, liquids, or similar materials unless pre-approved

Studio Reset
To avoid additional charges:
• All borrowed tables and chairs must be folded and stacked neatly against a wall.
• Each studio includes 4 folding chairs and 2 folding tables.
• Additional furniture must be requested in advance.
• Please leave the space as you found it.
Heating & Cooling
The space is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, individually controlled in each studio.
Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping is allowed. Drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
What do I need to do after the shoot?
At the end of your booking, productions are responsible for the following:
Break down and remove all equipment and personal belongings.
Clean up after the shoot (our cleaning team covers only general surface cleaning.)
Collect and dispose of all trash in designated containers.
Return the space to its original condition, including furniture and all studio items.
A mandatory cleaning fee applies, as outlined in your rate sheet.
Trash Disposal
If you would like production waste to be removed by our team, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Otherwise, all productions are required to:
Pack and seal all trash in bags.
Take all waste to the green containers located in front of the building.
Each production is allotted one yard of trash. Additional disposal is available at the following rates:
Additional yard: $60.00.
10-yard container: $525.00.
20-yard container: $625.00.
30-yard container: $750.00.
